WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
- In order to be eligible for store credit or exchange we must receive your return within 14 days of your order date. International customers are allowed 30 days.
- Any returns sent after this period will not be allowed.
- Returns must be scent free, stain free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered.
What is returnable?
Most items are returnable but must be in their original condition (scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).
Swimwear must have hygienic liner and tags on.

How do exchanges work?
To exchange for a different size, you must send your item (s) back to us. Once we receive, inspect and approve your item (s) we will issue a refund to your original form of payment. You may then place an order for the desired size.
