Not in love with your purchase? No worries, you can return your item (s) back to us. Please make sure your item (s) meet our criteria below. No exceptions.
- Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to return item(s) for store credit.
- Any returns sent after this period will not be allowed.
- We DO NOT provide refunds.
- Returns must be scent free, stain free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
- Returns will only be processed once we receive the package.
- Wanderlush is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this happens you can file a claim through your local postal office (USPS) or UPS depending on which carrier was used.
- Wanderlush reserves the right to deny a return if any of these conditions are not met.
What is returnable?
Most items are returnable but must be in their original condition (scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).
Swimwear must have hygienic liner and tags on.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
