Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Estero, Florida via UPS for a safe and reliable experience.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
We process and fulfill orders Monday - Sunday. Orders need to be received by 3 pm eastern time in order to ship the same day. Orders received on Sunday will ship the following day in the morning.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team members will fix it for you.
How can I track my package?
Tracking is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you have not received it, please contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we will get back to you shortly.
My order was confirmed but I got an email saying I have received a refund. What does this mean?
The item (s) you ordered were in high demand and sold out between the time you placed the order and when it was processed.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we will gladly accept a return and issue an exchange or store credit if you're not happy with your purchase. Please note that you must make sure your return meets our criteria below.
- Customers have 30 days from the fulfillment date to return item(s) for store credit.
- Any returns sent after this period will not be allowed.
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned.

***Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or any shipping delays on the shipping carrier's part. PO Box addresses are not supported by UPS, so they will be shipped via USPS which could take longer to arrive.
